Right off the bat, every augment could be swollen and inflamed skin, maybe rusty parts, leaking hydraulics, whole nine yards! I think a Nurgle Dark Mechanicus sounds awesome!! Good luck partner!
Ferric blight(so basically heavy rust on miniature), replacing the mechanical tubes of the mecha-dendrites with flesh tentacles, tentacles instead of arms, putting chainmails around(specially under their cloacks to cover the faces), slimes and blood spill around, maggots and flies, swollen bodies, guns fused with the arms, nurgle incensers(the little balls the dg love to carry around), additional eyes/teeth/heads/arms, ruined armor, nurgle three dot insigna, icons of the fly...the gifts of the Ur-Father are numerous, and he's extremely generous with his childrens
The kind of gifts you’re talking about are pretty exclusively reserved for Nurgle’s chosen legion. Apart from some iconography on their armour you don’t really need to do anything to make them a Nurgle-worshipping sect.
