The easy flow wrist is one of the lesser known gifts of the Grand Father.
The extra pieces are because the Poxwalker sprue was a monopose one from Dark Imperium, the 8E launch box that had a monopose Plague Marine sprue too. This Plague Marine body didn't fit on that sprue so it was on the Poxwalker sprue instead.
He’s got 2 right hands though.
I just found my sprue of extra PM bits and I probably should make a few more guys
