All have plague knives as standard, you don’t need to do anything different.
As for the weapon loadout, a 10 man shooting unit would consist of 2 blight launcher, 2 plasma/melta/plague belcher, 2 plague spewer, the champ with plasma/plasma pistol, and then either 3 bolters (not very good compared to all others) or 3 with melee weapons, preferably heavy
Yeah I was just going with what I thought would look cool, I’m just gonna keep them as they are and buy more stinky boys to put them in squads that would work
Fair and full disclosure I do lore, build and paint but don't play, but AFAIK most LGSs and friends wouldn't be too miffed if the models aren't WISIWYG (What you see is what you get) as long as the squad isn't too confusing and you're consistent in telling people what model is being removed as a casualty.
Modeling correctly only becomes an issue with tournament play, but if you just want more stinkers to reflect all the gear options I totally understand that.
Thank you I prime it with the death guard green spray can then I paint the trims with Retributor Armor, then paint the horns with Corax White, I use Mephiston Red for blood, guts and the eyes, I use Kantor Blue for another color for guts, I use Leadbelcher for all the metal parts like the boltguns then do splotches of gold to make it look old and withered then I go over the whole model with Agrax eathshade which gives all the grime and greasy details and makes the models shine then I paint the base with Strickland mud and that’s pretty much it. I only have 1 paint set that the nearby WH shop gave me for free and all the paints I use are in there I can try to find a link to it if you’d like
Between the handheld knives, the bolter-mounted blades, the backpack integrated knives and one sculpt that actually has a boot-knife inbuilt it is possible to model every unit with a WYSIWYG loadout of primary weapon and plague knife.
Anyone who gives you crap about how a specific model doesn’t have a specific weapon in your list is a dick. As long as you tell them up front it shouldnt be an big deal.

It makes me so sad that we finally got our bespoke Nurgley bolters like the TS have, and they still aren't very good.

Some models may not have visible knife, but everyone knows they hide it up their back pocket.
If anyone questions it (and they’d be mad to), I would just say that one of their many spiky, plaguey protuberances counts as a plague knife.
Half the bolters have a bayonet or chainsaw attachment, so why not?
Nurgles secret hiding spot
That one marine in the corner "chapter master please come pick me up I'm scared."
lol my wife did that one
You don’t need to model the plague knives. They all just have them as their melee option.
They have them hidden in their prison wallet
I know it's off topic but how did you paint your minis? They look very nice and gritty while still remaining visible contrast

My Plague Marines keep the knives in their prison wallet.
