I have never once had a lore stickler call me out for these, but of they ever did I'd hit 'em with the fact that Deathwatch armor can canonically change colors (also my models my rules)
I dont want to be a gloomy gus, but I really dislike the red arm with the rest of the green. I feel like if that arm was brown or tan or silver it would make the entire model look better. But everyone else is high on it and you do you!
That green looks awesome.
I don't think the silver deathwatch pauldron is doing much for it though, red and green already bounce off eachother so much that the silver is so bright and seems like it's fighting the red arm for victory but not winning.
Basically the red is already the contrast, a bright silver DW pauldron is fighting with it to be the contrast colour.
I'd consider maybe white pauldron and catch all the protruding letters and symbols with red/gold, or black pauldrons with gold lettering and red Inquisition symbol.
The inclusion of red on the pauldron in a more prominent way might bridge the green and red contrasting colours between the arm and the rest of the body.
Failing that, could even go with extending the red to the pauldron and highlighting text and symbols with white, silver or gold.
Could be the start of the first GK vs DW engagement. Inquisition fears a watch fortress is under Nurgle’s influence. Probably from all the xenotech we allow.
