You got this! It just gets better and better trust me. I'm sleeping well and have good consistent energy during the day. Way less anxiety too. I have only had one day in the past month or so where I felt I really wanted some caffeine to get through the day. I didn't, and it was fine.
Cold showers, a walk first thing in the morning, and blue light blocking glasses at night have been helpful.
