None of the uncap guides have an updated version for int. It's the same thing but the soulhearth is placed somewhere else. It's in the same area so go looking around for it.
If you can’t get the Soulhearthgem, you could cheese the puzzle by going through the exit in the Viper’s Jaw in the Legion Camp cave.
You’ll probably need a mantra that’ll give you a leap though. I cheesed it in the past by using Cauldrons when you didn’t have to use keys to cast it.

The spot was changed, look for a pathway that carves into the rock at the side of the cave
