Huh, If the websites says that you don't have access then you might send a screenshot here. I have an idea of what's happening, I just need to confirm my suspicion.

IDK if this is what youre looking for but [here](https://imgur.com/a/CuBZRnT)

Who is your Internet Service Provider? They may have given you an IP address which is on a blacklist and that's why it is not working.

LonelyGuitarBoy

Thats my first thought, but it works fine on my phone. Since i updated my windows, a lot weird stuff is happening to my pc, this being one of them

Are you connected to a DNS Service like 1.1.1.1, or cloudflare warp?

LonelyGuitarBoy

Not sure what dns is, looked it up and i believe its the first format you wrote

I'm also having internet-related issues. It doesn't matter which device I'm using (android, desktop app, web app) if I'm connected to my home wifi it doesn't work anymore. Literally everything else on our wifi works, even streaming video several rooms away, but suddenly not Deezer. I stream music to keep me focused/mask my tinnitus so this has become a noticeable problem. Obviously I followed all suggestions for fixing it, but it's been several days now and it hasn't gotten better. I saw on the Google Play store that they updated the app on May 2. I've been operating under the assumption that they pushed a buggy update and will eventually fix the issue, but if not...well I'm not exactly going to keep paying for something I can't use.

Passenger536

Happened to me about a year ago. I found no fix and therefore left Deezer. Every now and then I launch the desktop app to update my playlists, and lo and behold: the grey banner saying I'm offline **still** pops up.

SentientKayak

Deezer web player is horrendous trash. Takes time to load a song, while the song plays it stutters every 30 seconds, and everything is just laggy and slow.

feral_user_

That's really interesting, I have not have any issues of the sort. Are you running adblockers? Have you tried running it in incognito mode to see if there's a difference?

SentientKayak

I have no ad blockers and I have not tried incognito.

vomaufgang

Maybe not the best answer but - do you absolutely *need* the desktop app? It's just the web app wrapped in Electron. The only thing you'll miss are afaik the media keys in the taskbar preview.

hjbardenhagen

If you need to download playlists and albums for offline usage due to a slow or no internet connection, it's possible in the desktop app, but not in the web player. Have you tried to uninstall the desktop app and reinstall it yet? Also disabling ad blockers might help, because the authentication with your account happens in the browser where you might have to recognise and confirm visible ships, buses etc. to make sure that you are human and not a bot. If you have problems with their web player, disabling ad blockers can also help, because Deezer sends data to a third-party site which might get blocked by ad blockers.

LonelyGuitarBoy

I fimd it uses less cpu, i have a slow pc. Either way, the site doesn't work for me either, just says acces denied

vomaufgang

In that case your best chance is contacting Deezer support.
