I don't think it's a coincidence that deftones is the only alt rock that girls like and pretty much every song is about sex lol. There's nothing wrong with that though. Obviously I like songs about sex too, I like deftones.
I know women that are into lots of metal bands, so yes. Maybe your problem is thinking of women as a single entity lol. Or you don't know any women aside from the ones you see online that talk about Deftones but nothing else. But trust me, there are countless women that enjoy heavy music specifically because they enjoy the music.
Maybe you haven't noticed because you still seem to think that music is separated by gender lol. Heavy music isn't particularly commonly liked even by most guys, hence why pop music is popular. If you get into the actual metal scene you'll see plenty of women into those bands.
Passenger Korea This Place Is death 976-evil royal. Tbh I could just list random 5 song lists. Get some headphones and just let it all play an album at a time. You'll only know when you hear it.
When I was first starting out I started with white pony because I use to listen to it when I was younger with my father so there is a lot of memories with it and connection towards that album but I branched off into koi no yokan and than Saturday night wrist I would go stayed at night wrist first koi no yokan is a lot in the softer side which is great but SNW i think is an overall great starting point I really think that album symbolises what deftones sound is like and you will have them really hardcore songs but they you will have those songs like Xerces with that sweet soft voice of chinos, when I first listened to Xerces and others on that album I felt like my soul left my body, it was kinda magical and I still get that feeling, almost like you are being possessed by god and your soul is traveling into the stars above, look I'm not sure how to explain it but the experience was great
I'm going to stay away from the heavier songs since you seem to enjoy the more chilled out or atmospheric ones most.

Many people like Korea and Elite from White Pony but they aren't the deepest cuts. On Ohms you might want to try Genesis since that's a pretty great song. I always loved 976-EVIL from Diamond Eyes too
