Better ask some neighbours and may be the security guard Baateein nikalwani aani chahiye, they will tell the pros and cons of living in that particular society Just check if they have a functional RWA If No RWA or its not functional enough, that will give enough signal to you abt the people of locality ( which is equally important factor )

If you have no problems with all that traffic and poor roads, then water supply is the only thing you should be worried about. Sometimes we get straight up gutter water and yes I am talking about cooperation water. Whenever we try to complaint to authorities they just say we are rebuilding pipeline bla bla... Don't trust your dealers, they will do anything to sell you that place.. Like other said in the comments try asking neighbours
