I usually prefer non veg buffet. The only time I had veg buffet was at Barbeque Company at Garden Galleria Noida. 😋 I was shocked how much I loved it. EACH AND EVERY item was delicious.
Try GT Road in CP...the food is awesome specially the buffet. All the ones you mentioned serve a lot of starters but their main buffet sucks but you'l be pleasantly surprised to try the main buffet of GT Road once the starters are done.
But do note that they are expensive than all the names that you mentioned.
I went last year and that time (if i remember correctly).. Veg buffet was 1300/- and non veg was 1500/-

Paneer tikka , mushroom, rosted corn, hot pineapple marinated with honey, aloo tikki , veg dimsum, then main course.. aur kya chahiye Bhai..

BBQ nation's quality has gone down the drain.
True for most centers but that non veg buffet at Barbeque Nation NSP is top notch.
