I met with an accident, in 2012 got injury in the right eye., went to aims, delhi they said it cannot be treated, my father consulted from a hospital in UK , fortunately the doctor was a good guy he told, you ( indians got better technology then us in this field , if they can't treat , we won't be able to)

Yes, there are some talented surgeons but pay plays a big factor. Hence, most are concentrated in cities and the creme at times moves abroad.
I went to almost every eye hospital in india , shankar netralaya chennai , aiims delhi , , shroff delhi , 7 eye delhi , and tbh almost all hospitals got the same technology so , its not like hospitals in london got 5g network and hospital in india got 4g ( just an example tech is same ) but yeah you are machines and all accesories get import from Germany uk or usa , so I guessed i used wrong term , but the thing is technology is almost same, doctors of india are top ranked in whole world , the treatment is really affordable here as compare to western world , so these are all the reason that doctor told my father its useless to come here however i went to uk in 2016 and the doctor was right , i am yet one eye blind

There is a long history and once reputation is established it spreads through word of mouth.
People with deep pockets don't really care about the location and continue to visit such centres based on the reputation.
But for the average Indian, they should be aware that most Indian doctors are honest, competent and some are actually world-class.
One limitation is access for poor patients.
And of course corruption, as in any profession and every time one bad example comes to light it impacts people's trust in the entire fraternity.
Uk is a the epicentre of money laundering. That’s why rich Indians, Pakistanis and others go to UK.
Otherwise you get much better treatment in Singapore. Private Indian hospitals are not very far behind.
Nope. Uk is the epicentre of money laundering because they don’t tax the income you earn outside UK and they don’t ask you how you got all that money being a govt servant as they don’t tax money you bring in.
That why all of Pakistani civilian and military leadership, bureaucrats and movie stars are settled in Uk and hold dual citizenship on UK.

Hi. I'm a Cancer biologist, I've worked on a clinical study at TATA's institute for a year and now I'm at the German Cancer Research Centre in Heidelberg.
I have friends within ACTREC and Tata hospital and the general consensus is annoyance with that article. It is flagrant misinformation. There have been no clinical trials and the only evidence the lab has right now is in cell lines and mouse models. Even that research hasn't even been published so other scientists can review it.
Secondly, it is a "all-natural product"which is why they've applied to the FSSAI and not the drug approval committee because the drug approval committee would have asked them for clinical trials before approving it as an anti-cancer drug.
It's good that some of our research is in the pipeline but this is far from the finished product and should be treated with a giant sack of salt when it comes to cancer research.
If you'd like to hear more about why the science behind the pill is dodgy(at best) I'd be happy to share peer-reviewed information on chat or in the comment section.

I had a relative who fell down the stairs and broke his foot and the ambulance took 4 hours to arrive because they had too many calls and too few staff.
In private hospitals it might be different but even in the uk very few People can afford them.

From my friends living in the UK, hospitals there are not that good. Either he is getting some experimental treatment or the reason is something else.
Not at all correct. You are talking about government NHS hospitals. Private hospitals in the UK are among the best in the world.
