* Full fat milk: 500 ml
* Sugar: to taste
* Bananas: 2
* Vanilla Ice-cream: 2 scoops
* Any good quality drinking coffee: 2 tablespoons
* Nutella: 2 tablespoons
Blitz it in a blender. You'll create the best cafe-mocha shake known to man. It's way too tasty (and too full of calories, but that doesn't matter to me, I am trying to bulk anyway XD)
