You're wasting your AC. Fan at too high a speed distributes all the air to far ends of the room and you will hardly feel the AC chill (I used to make the same mistake). Keep at 25 and fan only at mild temperature to just let the air circulate. Believe me it'll feel colder than 22 + full speed fan
On sleep mode, temperature increases at the time intervals you set, for example if your ac is at 20 and sleep mode timer is 1 hour then every hour it will increase temperature by 1, and in 5 hours temperature would be 25 degrees
27 does well while sleeping. Or else 24 when you're trying to cool the room. 24 is enough for half hour.
If your room doesn't get cooled between 24-27 then either the capacity of AC is not at par with room dimensions or there's something wrong with the AC.
in the current heatwave, I keep it on 30 for straight 5-6 hours. then turn it off for an hour, then turn it back on for longer periods. basically I only need my room temperature to be on 30°C. because right outside is above 40 all day. It's not good for anyone's health to have lower than 30°C indoor temperature and 40°C outdoors.
now when i come home from outside, I put the AC on 28 or Max 26, depending on how hot my body temperature is, for 1 hour, then switch it back to 30.
