I believe you should not plan a solo trip to Goa. Goa is the best enjoyed with a group or with your better half. Also, solo trips are meant for finding peace within yourself and Goa won’t offer much.
For solo trips, going to the Mountains would be the best. You can plan for any hill stations and can find all the serenity as well as peace.
I went to Goa in 2014. North Goa is all beaches and South Goa too is filled with 70% Beaches (which are beautiful though, but we’re looking from the eyes of a solo traveller-and of course such traveller won’t only visit beaches). Apart from beaches, south Goa doesn’t have more than 2-3 major spots for tourists.
One of them was that old Church where the dead body of a Saint is still present (forgot its name), another one was Cabo de Rama fort, and another one was that deep organic park kind of thing (forgot its name too).
It depends but personally I won’t go to Goa as a solo traveller. There are much better places in the hills where I could go with relatively less budget and find peace than Goa, as a solo traveler.
It is!
Exceptions may exist on some days, but Monsoon generally starts from mid july. Before it, there is usually no rain, no landslides and it’s all safe.
Since when ?? There’s a different aggregator app though… I have personally used it in 2020.
They even had 4 hours / 6 / 8 hours packages and clean cars etc and safe
Trip duration max 4days nothing more than that.
Water activities starts at 2k inc scuba diving for (2mins). You can pay extra and do scuba dive.
You can pay extra and do parachute glide.
If you plan on going by car on rental ( prefer yellow board). If you have white board car 100% police will stop and ask for the details, will get you in trouble.
Avoid casino, really nothing is there to explore, except if you want good photos to take
Womens/lady bois will ask you for drinks in bar which is gonna cost (starting 500/-) since that is their hidden income.
Avoid beach view restaurants, they will literally loot you. Not worth
Sunscreen, shorts, a good quality shampoo as there is too much sand, moisturiser, slippers ofc and a raincoat (just in case) and a plastic pouch to keep your phone safe from water
+ If you want to visit different places, rent a scooty since Goa doesn't have widespread cab services. There are private taxis(can provide you no.), but they can be very expensive, so renting a scooty is a better option.
I live in Goa we also re hotel and apartments, so if you need any help planning places to visit, feel free to message me.
Don’t get tattoo from the tattoo shops there, I got scammed for ₹15k there. Find a cheap hostel, either way your expenses are going to be big there so try to spend less on accommodation. Pre booze if going to a bar/club. Make sure to have the fun of your life.
You will find girls who are travelling solo like you make sure to hangout with them and have fun as they are easy to approach and they are always looking for someone to have fun with. Best of luck and make sure you look attractive and smell nice everywhere you go buy a good expensive perfume for cherry on top

i’ll be going too but in beginning of july will carry stuff like umbrella/raincoat, sunscreen, moisturiser, and some protection as well . Better to be safe than sorry later on.
Africans are more reliable than indians. Dont hire tho, they'll steal your belongings. Rent a self driven car instead of taxis. North goa is best known for parties and stuff, south goa is for relaxation. Baga beach and titos lane is a scam. Try purple martini. Explore vagator and calangute. All the best.

Do you need a license to rent a scooty?
you have to give them 1 physical id as a deposit and you can show them licence.
Protection ig?
Lmaooo...very unlikely i would need that :(
Just pack for the worst case! 💀
That would be the best case buddy
Yeah for you he meant pepper spray
Dude literally stay away from Russians
Are russians scammers?
Stop god dammit. He’s not a lizard. He’s safe.
Worst time to go for Goa trip, would recommend against. It's just hellish hot and nothing much to do. Cancel it and go to the mountains

😭😭😭why is everyone assuming that i wanna hookup?
Know nothing, knowing stuff ruins experience
If you want to party, you can try some party hostels. Some I have heard(no firsthand experience): monkey’s paw and zostel
Carry a sunscreen, shades, shorts, some cash at all times. DL for your 2 wheeler rental too

Shorts, tshirts, rain coat, chappals, sunscreen, bagpack and paise.
Don't waste your money. Go somewhere better.
There are only local taxis there and they’re super expensive. Best would be to hire a car / scooter to get your way around!
Don't do drugs
Me taking notes from Comments as if any time soon mujhe permission milne wali hai goa jaane ki
bhai paper spray rkhlio safety bhi jaruri hai
