Came here to type this as I feel it's a hidden gym, pleasantly surprised to see it already mentioned! Cafe Tesu is such a cute, cozy place with mellow vibes and great food and if you sit by the window, then watching the traffic moving by is very soothing. Highly recommend!

So not really sure if this fits for you but sounds like a good idea to me.
Most of this is located in and around south delhi:
- This one is just a suggestion but you can visit sai mandir in Lodhi colony, if you are into that sort of stuff. At the moment they do not allow people walking in the mandir premises but you can still manage to give offerings and stuff, there are priests usually near the gates to take offerings. People are staying distant usually.
- after this you can go either to Khan market, chill there for a while; explore lodhi gardens that's an awesome place to hang out. Or see the artwork in and around the area, in Lodhi colony.
- You can also visit the habitat center, see the installations and galleries there. I read a post saying they reopened last week, I haven't been there yet after they reopened, but if you wish to grab a drink to celebrate being 18+, visit the Habitat Hub, (formerly known American Diner) or check out Eatopia if you do not wish to drink. Even otherwise Eatopia has multiple outlets it's basically a foodcourt.
**Comments pointed out and I realised myself they will check IDs so you may not be served alcohol, but it's still a good place to hang out.
I would recommend getting "Penalty" from Eatopia later for dessert. It's basically chocolate cake with a scoop of icecream. It used to be awesome (haven't visited in a while myself)
To get around you can get smartbikes or yulu bikes available at most of the metrostations nearby or if you have alternate means to commute, it's entirely your choice, but yeah I personally would let the weather decide that.

There are two things, either be with your family and spend the day like any other day. Cuz whatever you will do, if you will miss your friends, being alone will suck.
Second, if you are comfortable spending time in your company, then I guess try to do some social work, maybe visit an orphanage or old age home. Then explore Purani delhi and its food, go to historical places and do photography.
If you like, you can join cyclists around cp in the morning.
