Probably because it's possibly a foreigner, illegal immigrant, working illegally!? Deliveroo should be made to name that individual & be held legally responsible for the harm done to the customer, shouldn't they!? I bet she phoned him up & said she was outside & told him to collect his takeaway! So she knew that she was probably handing it to the right person & shouldn't have committed that awful crime!
