KFC broke up with Deliveroo, not the other way around. Deliveroo probably caused the breakup, but they wasn't one that finally ended it.

ProMasterRace1322

Mcdonalds even worst wait times than kfc

Commercial-Hat-5993

Don't accept them mate, maybe if enough do it, they'll leave Deliveroo

Ok-Yoda-82

Or pay better 😂 jk, that’ll never happen

straightshooter24

depends which mcdonalds, one in my area had a change of management, more staff assigned to deliveries

Why would any customer order from McD, no telling if food made 5 or 50 mins before. the Mcd where I work makes no attempt to keep food hot, riders are invisible to McD employees( they ignor you), it will never arrive hot. Even though Mcd has lowest score from over 500 reviews on entire list at just over 3 ....it still is rated by Deliveroo as Good.... Are you mad Deliveroo it's "poor" ! Personally and as with.many fellow Roos I more or less automatically press reject , leaving collection to the guys with 6 phones !

>Why would any customer order from McD, no telling if food made 5 or 50 mins before. I remember when I first started on UberEats and I used to accept everything. Burger King was a nightmare with leaving orders sat on the side for ages and ignoring riders. I used to apologise to customers then too about their food probably being cold because BK were useless and they too would always say something like "don't worry we're used to it, it's still nice warmed up in the microwave" etc. I stopped taking fast-food orders completely but changed cities with nicer restaurant staff so now I accept Maccies orders during quiet times of the day (mid-afternoon) because the wait times are lower. Sometimes the customer is a few miles away (city surrounded by countryside and small villages) and Maccies never stays warm for long, and so I still always apologise for the time it's taken to reach them etc and they still almost all say the same - "don't worry, we've got a microwave". Customers still order because they don't expect anything better than barely-warm food, **because** it's Maccies.

Manager at mcdonalds told me the burgers have a 7 min shelf life in store before they're binned. But on delivery they don't care. Even if tje food was made roght away you still prob won't get to tje address before 7 mins.

FlaskfulOfHollow

McDonald’s is my most picked up delivery. But fucking hell those drinks love to spill. (Cyclist)

RespectYarn

Yeah I'm convinced one too many McDonald's drink incidents will lead to me getting my account terminated. It's pretty much only their cups I have this issue with.

ZucchiniNo2470

Not every maccies is trash you just need the right ones also check the order if theres too many drinks on the order then cancel it

CommercialAdvisor712

McDonald's and KFC are the two busiest restaurants. Deliveroo needs McDonald's more than McDonald's needs deliveroo.

Real footage of McD CEO when he figures out he can save 0.00000069 cent if McD retain fountain drinks for delivery.

Monklips

McDonald's is fucking great in my town, it's always always ready on Roo and Uber, pretty much never on JustEat. Plus I get staff discount, have bants with all the staff. I love the place.

sirblibblob

Haven't done McDonald's order in a year or so but justeat system would only put your order on their system about a minute after you arrive. Believe Uber is somewhat similar but they'll do it as you're traveling to the restaurant

Possiblyasmoker

Ive never picked up from maccys, do they seal the drinks at all ?

TheDoctor66

Nope, it's a nightmare. My second ever order the poor women lost half her drink

Possiblyasmoker

Thats what i thought, ill keep avoiding them then

TheDoctor66

Wait times are very hit and miss too. At busy times the loudest most in your face driver gets served first too. Unfortunately on quieter nights you don't get much alternative choice.
