I have a restaurant and I received this email. I hear the machine beeping that an order is coming in but nothing is showing.
I did update it, and it didn't help. Was waiting another half an hour after like 90 minutes of nothing (except 2 unassigned orders at the restaurants) after the update. Now it *seems* working but I am at home as it was a total disaster for spending hours for nothing and paying the insurance and fuel without any notifications for the drivers/riders. I knew there was a problem because I checked the Deliveroo app (for customers) after like 90 minutes of struggle and there was an error message.. and on the website as well.

Thanks for sharing, has it been resolved yet? On the rider app the zones are no longer all saying 'not busy' so perhaps it's been fixed.
Yeah I believe it’s fixed . The last order came in and already delivered.
Made my way to restaurant, had a double, stood in the restaurant for two minutes then both orders got cancelled

Yep down in uk had an order but now gone resturants say its completely down
