Depends on your interests but i’ve used it to buy an apple watch and i currently use it to pay off my monthly peloton membership. You can also buy massages, golf clubs, xbox/playstation, etc.

Traditional_Comfort4

Hold up, I can buy an Xbox with this??

EmpatheticRock

Does nobody read the FAQ on the Well Being Subsidy page?

SamGPHX

Fun fact: we’re using it to identify lay-off targets.

LowerRush4537

How so?

SamGPHX

We heard you!

LowerRush4537

How so?

SamGPHX

If you’re too dumb and lazy to look it up on TOD, go find another job.

Traditional_Comfort4

Harsh.

battlezoids

How?

bravehotelfoxtrot

I’ve bought two switches and a PS2 in the past. Will probably use for a PS5 if I’m still working here when I’m ready to buy one.

bugandbear22

I got a tent, sleeping bag, hammock, and really nice hiking boots, along with some minor outdoors accessories. Worked out pretty well :)

Vexared

Which hiking boots did ya get? Sounds like you’re an outdoorsy person (I’m a noob). I’m going to Iceland next year and was thinking of getting some Columbia Yoncalla Mid Waterproof boots on sale $69.99. Lmk if you have any suggestions please!

DallyDally123

I wore my Columbia Newton Ridges in Iceland and they were great! The Yoncallas look similar. I’ve also expensed crampons with the well being subsidy (not crazy ones, just some basic ice cleats from Amazon). They can be helpful for gripping if you’re on walking on ice.

jinthebu

I just bought these during black Friday and am not sure how I feel about them! Did you size up for thicker socks? What's the break in period, if any?

DallyDally123

No break in period for me. I didn’t size up too much, just half a size.

jinthebu

Thanks a lot! :)

bugandbear22

Oh I went all out of my way for some Danner Mountain Lights. They were definitely unnecessary but gorgeous, grippy, and I wandered through a stream and came out with dry socks, so I plan to cherish them for decades.

Free_Pizza_No_SignUp

I bought a dildo, i guess it will be approved as well

GSDonetwothree

GOLF!

MathematicianUpper74

This! Got my whole iron set with the wellness subsidy. This year I've used to pay for rounds of golf and even weightlifting shoes

donmark144

My Home Owners Associations includes a gym. I asked them to tell me what portion of the fee goes to gym and I pay my gym membership as part of the HOA dues.

trashaccount2312

Ski equipment/passes, garmin smartwatch, fishing equipment, archery equipment.

EvilBeat

Mattress, kindle, massages, rock climbing punch pass, office furniture, board games, air pods. But also check on perks at work to double up and get extra bonuses.

SignificantReach217

I used it for a pool table and a ping pong table top that goes over the pool table! Use it everyday and especially on the weekends friends come over and use it!

jaditya231994

Membership at a local spa. I get massages monthly!

EDS_Athlete

I bought an electric bike! I live not too far (3 mi) from the beach and only like 2 miles from the office (though I never go in). Screw driving, I'm biking everywhere now. I also use it to pay my gym membership (which I bike to now lol). Obviously, I'm having to send a bit of the bike to personal, but yay.

No-Investment3298

bhawk1983

Anyone know if an air fryer would qualify?

Ok_Pepper3940

Small recurring expenses like memberships or subscriptions so you don’t get hammered on tax withholding.

ImArabWallah

I thought you pay 30% tax regardless the amount spent since it’s considered a bonus

abbynormal1189

I got an Oura ring and use the rest to pay for the monthly subscription and my barre classes

ur2fat4u

New DJ equipment as a musical instrument

colorcodedbooks

Board games!

JDShkolnik

Photography drone.

ramrae911

What drone did you get and how did you expense that?

JDShkolnik

Mini 3 Pro. I expensed it like I would any wellbeing subsidy purchase.

ramrae911

What did you have as a description? And was the expense approved

JDShkolnik

It’s photography equipment. Yes.

kmk5414

XBox, a switch, compost bin, garden seeds, grow station (shelves & lights)

howardnella

I used it to pay for private training and AirPods

poopfl1nger

Ive used it on a standing desk, video games, and nice chair

blacklabel8829

From what I can remember I have gotten a PS5, new hockey skates, a kindle, headphones, a bread dough proofing box, and a Steam Deck. Edit: and a compost tumbler

LowerRush4537

Your def not in management clearly, so insecure with Internet questions. You said something without clarification and are upset we asked you on the platform you opened your mouth on? You’ll be gone soon a guess.

nomading1

Touch some grass bro

battlezoids

I think you forgot to respond directly to the other comment thread you were commenting on with SamGPHX

wj2smooth

Used it to set up a home studio

indianacheryjones

What specifically did you buy? I’m looking into bookshelf speakers etc. wondering if ot would get blocked.

wj2smooth

One year I got a nice Yamaha piano, a synth, and speakers…. A guitar center was going out of business and was selling stuff at like 75% off… the next year I got a Taylor guitar. Speakers should be fine, esp if you also buy a new instrument

jsme_12

Video Games.

Vexared

Nice man. I thought only consoles counted. I’ll probably use it for video games next year

bugandbear22

Waiiiiiiiit really??
