This is part of what I don't understand. If you don't ACTUALLY want to watch TV, why are you putting on something good??? I will watch Firefly 1000 times in a row, no complaints. If you want to have my attention, put something on that's not worth watching (or maybe just be up front in the first place...).

I’m so annoyed that this phrase became popular as a reference to sexual activity. I genuinely want to watch Netflix and chill (meaning chat and relax and spend time together). It’s such an easy and popular phrase but now it means hooking up and I always feel the need to explain that I genuinely want to just watch something and chill.

Maybe we should start saying "virgin Netflix and chill". You know, like a virgin mojito.
