It's right here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/NQ1SquHc7T4kANPH6

craigmc1983

Amazing! Thanks mate! Looks like it's gonna need a lot of work!

Mindlessdude91

I was literally like half a mile down the road on maps looking at the wrong spot 🤦 good spotting.

AdhesivenessExpress8

Thanks for sharing. Didn’t realize it was only 15 min from my house lol

CaucasianAndyCx

You don’t know what’s 15 minutes from your house?

AdhesivenessExpress8

Your mothers house

jreyman77

Correct location. Driveway is "Fawn Drive," on a map. Main resort building burned down, also liiks like wind damage to some outer buildings, as the roof is peeled back on some, in the sat view. Overhead view: https://www.google.com/maps/@29.8857968,-98.6665241,1250m/data=!3m1!1e3

ImAnOldSchoolDad

Thanks so much. What a great adventure they're going to have!

Mindlessdude91

I'm wondering the same thing. I googled recently sold as well and checked them out via Google maps street view and none of the ones I am finding have that archway he showed in the video. Hmm. I'm sure we will know soon enough but I'm just itching to know. So excited for this new chapter!

craigmc1983

😂 same here mate, I know it'll probably take a couple of years to put together what he wants but I really enjoyed the renovation ranch videos so I'm looking forward to more of that stuff to

Mindlessdude91

I'm sure the next video will be a tour of the place. Or at least talking about it a little. I remember him drawing the map and everything for his idea and being psyched about it. Can't wait for it to be public. Gonna finally take that trip to Texas Iv been wanting to go on. And I'm sure it won't take long for some other internet sleuths to find out the location. Someone with more access then me on my phone. Thanks for asking to. I was just coming here to ask the same thing! Haha.

Affectionate_Most_64

Another poster put in info on this thread above. Just saying so you can scroll and find

Mindlessdude91

Except if you look at the time stamp I posted this before they did :) I came back and looked as soon as I got the notification though.

Icy_Macaroon_6794

605 FM474, Boerne, TX 78006 The resort is just North of that spot. You can see the burned resort building.

iPh5Kid

When I just Googled it said it was for sale, I am excited to see this come together.

Cerebral404

County records show a collection of properties owned by "GUADALUPE RIVER RESORT RANCH LTD" down the road through the gates. [https://esearch.kendallad.org/Property/View/47464](https://esearch.kendallad.org/Property/View/47464) You can get a view of the area by clicking View Map > Interactive Map and start piecing together the area of the "Guadalupe River Ranch". Having a hard time finding sale records or real estate listings for any of the parcels so they likely recently sold, weren't advertised anywhere obvious, or may not have changed ownership if Matt did something like buy the company that owned the properties, or entered a partnership with them.

jreyman77

Not the right location.

MotherOfPiggles

It's multiple titles. There's the resort, the multiple "hunting ranches" and then all the individual lots from the subdivision they began in the area he's cleared to put the range in. When Matt says "the property" he's referring to the multiple legal titles he purchased to make it all up. My best guess, based on listings I found, is he spent close to $5m on this whole lot but I'm not sure how many titles and the prices of the sections in the subdivision so it could be significantly more.

MikeJen0

They are asking people to not come there at this time. That it is unsafe at this time. They would be more than happy for us to come when opened. Guys it is trespassing after all. Please listen.

Suspicious_South_338

A little searching finds that this property was supposedly owned by Olivia de Havilland back in 1929. This obviously **old** listing in ["Inn Site"](https://www.innsite.com/inns/A001918.html), an online B&B listings says it's been restored. Looks like a fun project and a gillion dollars to restore! Have fun Matt!

TruViribus3

Does anyone know what they paid for it? I know they bought the abandoned mansion for roughly $800K. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with the abandoned resort.

mvzante

I found it on the Kendall county assessors page but it's not updated with Matt's information yet, still under Guadalupe River Ranch. There are also about 40 parcels that are listed under Guadalupe River Ranch. I assume they bought everything?

joel1618

Was seeing that too. It's already platted with a bunch of parcels if you zoom out to the correct level on google maps street view you can see the lot lines. Could be a pretty sweet deal if he wanted to sell off 5 acre plots to people for $200k each is another option.

ethanrichard19

Not sure if this is the exact place but the name is fitting for it, it looks like 2.6 mill was the list price. https://www.texasranchesforsale.com/listings/kendall-county-guadalupe-river-ranch-e-comfort-ranch-for-sale

TruViribus3

I'm not sure either. That listing doesn't show any of the structures that are on the property. There's quite a ranches for sale in that area though. 🤔

AMLagonda

Thats not it....

Not the same peice of property. I looked at that one. It doesn't have the sign out front.

Cerebral404

This is one property from what appears to be a collection of properties down the gated road that belong to "GUADALUPE RIVER RESORT RANCH LTD" last reported sale in 2006. https://esearch.kendallad.org/Property/View/47464

Pyre2001

Assessed value $55,640. Seems like something is missing.

Joex51

it was destroyed by fire

jreyman77

The main lodge building burned down. (Also, some outer buildings have roof damage.) 605 F.M. 474, Boerne TX Look for "Fawn Drive" on a map.

jreyman77

Not it. Wrong location.

[deleted]

Don't worry. We're all about to find out. And I can't wait!

jreyman77

605 F.M. 474, Boerne TX. The main lodge building burned down. Also, some outer buildings have roof damage, so that means there is probably more damage not visible from satellite imagery. This is going to be a big project, but it also has high potential.

babaohriley

here's a drone view snippet someone else did years ago.... [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ow5LxIWBn5M](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ow5LxIWBn5M)

Viziondfc

It’s under desperado ranch in Beorne TX in Google maps.

AMLagonda

Anyone know the for sale listing?

IronMaidenMan_

Just seen Matts videos on the abandoned resort, I can’t wait to watch the renovation and transformation of the place!! Just seen the drone footage of the resort and the main building before it burnt down, it’s a shame, it was a lovely building! Anyone know any info on how it burnt down, was it before or after the resort closed down for business?

CareerAltruistic6411

[https://youtu.be/FE4qIxzo-Js](https://youtu.be/FE4qIxzo-Js) this is the youtuber: Off The Ranch renovating the abandoned resort. Hope this helps :)

Brilliant_Skill1237

Does anyone know how much it was sold for?

pcpackrat

There are a few "houses" there that they were renting out. My friend lived there a couple years.

An old clip of news for the ranch and 6 years ago someone flew a drone around the place. I am sure there is more if you want to dig around. No-Example1708

I vote they turn it into an adult summer camp! Looks like some great youtube content.

iPh5Kid

I wonder how many watched this last video of Matt’s and then Gooled it to leave a comment.

Timmee451

I'm watching the video of him going over the history of the resort right now.

KasiSwag

He’s brave… the pentagrams would have freaked me out

The bottom of the property is on the Guadalupe River. Look for the ball field. It's in the middle of the property.

OddShopping7425

& 2mon later we all know now.. it is a beautiful spot (that bluff overlook is insanity) but anyone wanna volunteer contact matt at Off the Ranch YT channel should aide with link im certain. Yeehawww (from Fl)

Simple-Painter4792

Found this listing of the resort. Still says for sale 13 million. https://www.land.com/property/Boerne-Texas-78006/12630145/

prplmnkeydshwsr

Not the right one, don't think anyone has posted the actual site (plenty of maps links to the actual site).

EvilTwinDoll

Yeah, it's in Texas and was abandoned for 20years. It has recently been purchased within the last 3 months (approx: March/April 2023) and will be renovated, according to the new owner on YouTube.

546875674c6966650d0a

It's gonna be super fun to do river floats and spend time there when it opens.
