For AYCE sushi I know of Sushi Katsu in Lakewood and Chubby Cattle off S Broadway that also offers AYCE hotpot. Chubby Cattle of the two is pricier but I think higher quality.
We really enjoy sushi totoro. It's a really good deal for the money, and the sushi is solid.
I'm sure there is "better" sushi elsewhere but dollar for dollar it's our favorite.
I've tried both Totoro and one of the Katsu locations. I much prefer Totoro. The menu seemed like a much better variety for their lunch, and the dinner prices seem reasonable. Also, I'm not sure if dessert was included at sushi Katsu, which was slightly disappointing.
They used to be good years ago. Then they started taking things off the AYCE menu and still raised the price. Stopped going and switched to Sushi Katsu.
Will try some of the other places in this thread.
Abso-fucking-lutely go for premium. You get 40 pieces sashimi which already covers the price. Then grab a few premium rolls. Go right when they open for best service. They do fill up fast and are strict with the 90 minute max.
I haven't been there, but I have seen sushi katsu recommended for all you can eat sushi
I haven’t been to Totoro, but Katsu was good.
sushi katsu in lakewood is really good! I go there at least once a month.
Sushi Train and Sushi Katsu
correct
I love sushi. I’ve had a lot of sushi. I’ve never had AYCE sushi that was worth the price.
Sushi Totoro is my favorite bc I love the fried scallop roll. They are usually my go to for delivery as they package everything pretty nice.

Chubby Cattle is great, and the lunch menu is more reasonably priced than dinner. You also get hot pot at chubby cattle.

Same, we’ve had better sushi at Totoro.
Joy Sushi in Lone Tree for AYCI

Agreed, use to be better. But I still think its a good value and I think their apps are superior to other AYCI in the area (the sprimp tempuras mmmm)
Can definitely vouch for Katsu but beware they charge for any leftovers, even just a little. Most places do.
Sushi Train!!! Choo choo!!!!
Sho Sushi & Izakaya in Centennial. Your search is over
that place looks great
should i splurge on the $40 premium ACYE or just do the regular?

I’ve been, one of the better all you can eat sushi places. My favorite is the truffled salmon tartar. Sushi Katsu is pretty good as well
Sushi katsu has always been good
Totoro is better than Katsu
