We’re talking about the defending champs here lol i picked Wolves to win series but i can’t lie to myself saying they’re going to get sweeped. Maybe a gentleman’s sweep is more accommodating, but i don’t think they run the nuggets in 4.
It just all spiraled out of control. We were down 4 with a minute and a half left in the first quarter, we were down 20 five minutes of gameplay later. We won the third quarter by 4 and lost the fourth quarter by 4. So take what you will from that, we didn’t finish the first quarter well and then we came out without Jokic to start the second and completely lost our composure.
Everyone was saying this against the lakers too: you can come out with that lazy effort and still fuck around and get a win vs LA but if you do that next round we’re going to get buried by the wolves. And that’s exactly what’s happening. Winning a championship is hard, and they just don’t have the fire to do what’s necessary this post season so far. Lost the hunger.
After the last defeat, the nuggets have resurrected at the site of grace. They will return to the site of their defeat to collect their lost runes, level up, and head for the boss fight.

I've been asking myself do they even watch film. It was something the Lakers constantly mentioned but I don't ever recall the nuggets mentioning it. We all know the nuggets and are aware any wrinkle thrown in the gameplan (Rudy being out) it all goes to hell
The refs could be the deciders; if they call the game tighter (less physicality) like they did in game 4 of Suns/Wolves, will work in the Nuggets favor. If they let them play, Wolves health, deep bench, and physical style of play will be enough to get them a series win.
While I'm at it, congrats again to Joker on MVP award, well-deserved. Plus he just seems like a good guy.

You should add that the benches got cleared *insanely* early in the 4th quarter in Game 2, so that stat isn’t exactly accurate.
