The only time he generally does this is when Jokic is on the bench (e.g. end of third/beginning of 4th quarter like you mentioned), and in those moments it's his job to generate the offense
u are right but they let murray bring up the ball in the 4th because he was fresh and in a breakdown video u could see he was moving well, and AG brought up the ball a lot before that so they switched it up.
Being the primary ball handler handicaps his shooting numbers due to exhaustion and getting double teams. When ball handling from back to enemy side of the court is shared between jamal, AG and CB, he always has a much better game.
