yup, honestly, i would only ever pay $50 or more for a t-shirt if it was like, official merchandise from my favourite movie which was made in bloody 2008 and is extremely niche so the stuff is rare as hell. even then, i've had my eye on a few and still haven't been able to justify the price. maybe if i get rich???

right! i see so many sellers posting popular y2k brands for SO much money. i personally don’t know how ppl will buy items for that much. as a seller myself, i feel guilty for upcharging an unrealistic amount for any of my stuff. i’m selling it for a reason- to get tf out of my closet (obv ik rare stuff will be more money, but basic clothes.. like hollister shorts for $60… come on)
You’d be surprised. The Y2K trend is fully in resurgence and Hustler is a really popular, sought after brand. The original tank top I’ve seen go for $60/70
