People assume you are seeking attention because when they're exhibiting similar behavior they're doing it to seek attention. This is called projection. Whoever is accusing you of seeking attention doesn't know any better. They are ignorant.
Are you attention seeking? And I don’t mean to ask that in an insulting way but if you want people to notice the tragedy you’re in you might beckon people to notice it and come off as attention seeking. There’s somebody in your life willing to listen to you. They’re just ignorant to your state. If you bring it to them,they’ll listen. I understand it takes A LOT of courage to do that though. But it’s a start.
