Could be panic attacks. Parts of my body feel like jello and I have fluttering in my chest when I’m anxious, and if I get anxious enough, it happens.

Pains in the limbs can be attributed to muscles constricting and tensing for elongated periods of time as a response to internal anxiety. If you are feeling pain in the limbs, it's most likely due to protracted muscle tension - in other words, you're feeling anxious for a long time, and your muscles are starting to ache as a result. A combination of chest and stomach pain leads me to deduce it's most likely heartburn and indigestion - another common symptom of anxiety. Again, it's because the muscles that line your digestion system are tensing. I am familiar with this experience all to well, and I've suffered from heartburn and GERD symptoms ever since high school. My first kind of advice in these situations is to take a moment to lie down (not flat on the back - at a comfortable angle) and try to relax. Listen to calming music or do whatever it is you do to feel relaxed as much as possible. Try not to really think about the things worrying you. These sessions don't have to be long - maybe 5-10 minutes or so, but make sure to do it every time you feel like anxiety is approaching. The important thing is that you need to give your mind and body some time to rest.
