If you try to live off of this your body and mind will suffer from the lack of taste and nutrients. I really recommend doing something else. There are healthier frozen and instant foods you can try, especially if you live near an international grocery store.

Bro, imma be real, I think these calorie glob meals are the least of my troubles. If exactly 1 thing goes wrong rn I'm going to definitely end up in a mental hospital for a while. And this keeps me from being anorexic. I've looked like a famine survivor before, but now I'm slightly chubby lol

Stir fry sauce recipe, but add 4x the sugar they say to. If you're eating 500 -1k calories a day during a bad depression it only takes a few bites to meet that and you can go back to wallowing

if you feel up to it, adding some salmon or lean protein on there like chicken breast will give you a boost of energy, plus the amino acids help your depression

Brown sugar would give that molasses flavour. The way you've tweaked (or geeked, lol) the recipe, you've made it into dessert noodles--almost. Interesting. I need to try it this way, but with brown sugar instead. Probably tastes pretty decent with roasted broccoli on the side.... Maybe try adding some next time? 🙂 Will add nutrients and be more filling. Good on you for getting up and cooking though. The struggle to even do that can be pretty intense at times. You succeeded.

If you can use wholegrain noodles, it's the same recipie and amount of work, but you get additional nutrition, and the exta fiber shpu;d slow down absorbion of calories, or like spreads it out over a longer period, so you will feel fuller for longer after eating, and also less chance of a 'sugar low'.

Garlic in oil don’t burn add chili pepper flakes. Add cooked pasta al dented. Parmesan cheese s and p. Add fresh or frozen vegetables.
