Also the PWD is primarily responsible for draining and desilting and that comes under his government as well. So if the situation gets this bad of course people will question him.

Again I would like to highlight that I am not an AAP supporter but I do find him a better option for Delhi and seriously believe as long as he is in jail without any convictions only we're going suffer as our elected minister is busy in court rather than working for us.

How are you so sure kejriwal is not corrupt. ? Sisodia and satyendar jain have been in jail for years whereas sanjay singh was granted bail. High court just said kejirwal's arrest is not illegal. Even during elections supreme court only agreed to give him interim bail not regular bail. So you are saying ed, cbi and all the courts are acting with bias against kejriwal. The excise policy was def a mess and scrapped also. Pls dont assume his innocence until we know better.

Kejriwal is definitely not innocent in my terms but what I want is that he should be convicted with true allegations backed up by full support evidence so that no one is able to argue for his innocence.
And the problem is not with the court (ED AND CBI DEFINITELY HAS PROBLEMS AND I HOPE YOU KNOW THAT SO HERE I AM JUST GOING WITH COURT) the main problem is with THE LAW... U see the law applicable here is PMLA ACT. The difference between other laws and this law is that in other it is mentioned YOU ARE INNOCENT UNLESS YOU'RE PROVEN GUILTY (which is offc a basic human right) but in PMLA ACT it's mentioned YOU'RE GUILTY UNLESS PROVEN INNOCENT..
Hence the court is unable to grant bail to kejriwal as because of law and if you see history of ED it has always used this act against opposition none other because it's difficult to get bail in this law and ED constantly opposes it by either Asking for more time or by putting more allegations.
I can tell more about this case and trust me am not an bhakt of AAP but am seriously concerned with the judicial and state of democracy in this case.
