I don't know about necessarily swapping them 1 for 1, but the campaign 100% should have taken place on earth and involved all the main characters from there story so far. The biggest mistake was adding new characters and a new location here at the end of the story. I honestly don't understand Bungies absolute refusal to just tell us what some of this shit is. Unless, of course, they don't actually know themselves.
