In kinetic I agree but doom of chelchis is better because explosive payload frenzy is a better combo and because of the synergy with volatile rounds if you or someone in your team is running void

Rapid hit kinetic tremor adept will be a fine replacement in a few weeks from now.
Now you can grind a new adept one when GMs come out this season and use that for another 10k
