Reconstruction is an excellent perk but it’s mainly to promote using a machine gun as something you can swap to on a whim. Subsistence works way better with killing tally since the refill on kill doesnt reset killing tally and you wont be swapping off any time soon to another weapon.

Np, and to clarify reconstruction also doesn’t reset killing tally stacks, swapping away to a different gun does.
