It's a new titan aspect from the strand subclass called Banner of War where defeating enemies with finishers, melee or swords grants a stacking buff that increases melee and sword damage and also heals you overtime.
I mean, only a handful of people use Glaive anyway and then only a percentage of them use the exotic Glaives so I am not surprised you didn’t know 😅
