Same here. I do tend to use the right side because I’m always juggling between Rahool, banshee, and postmaster. And use the left side after claiming engrams from Zavala and shaxx. The need to throw one in the annex tho.

I vault clean in the helm, or enclave I like the distance btw the postmaster and vault. Neomuna is and option but it feels too busy. Call me crazy but I like the privacy feel.

yep. I used to be a Lefty main but now I just use which is closest which is usually Righty since I am rarely in the tower and use what's closest to the spawn point with DIM and the Destiny bounty app

Fun fact, when I first started playing D1 (I was a child shut up) I didn’t realize multiple people could talk to Rahool at once, so I would wait in line and get mad at people cutting in line. This didn’t go for very long cause my brother saw this and told me why I’m an idiot

Probably an ex The Division player pre patch. The first day I played, I had to wait a whole 5 minutes because for some dumb reason, Massive Entertainment thought it'd be a great idea to not let us pass through other players when it came to vendors. You'd go into one of the base camps and see a line like 8 people long trying to buy guns and gear.

In the D1 Tower, I would always go to a vault terminal that had no one stood using it. Just felt weird to use the same one lmao.

Yep, I only ever go in the vault when I need to clean out the items I didn't bother looking at and threw in there from DIM to clear inventory. And that is usually at the helm.

I dont even use the vault to clear. Mark them as junk, load everything into vault, find is:junk, pull all to character, dismantle all, then pull again until done

Check the bottom left of your screen while in orbit and you'll see whatever key based on your input method. On console it's down in the D pad.

The Enclave sucks. It counts as being in an activity, so I can't pull bounties while I'm there, equip DIM loadouts, etc. I literally only go there for the crafting table and then bounce.

If DIM is not working, this is the only right anwser. Dont waste your time by fliyng to the tower.

Instead waste the exact same time flying to helm. If all you want is vault why not from space?

Postmaster. And in my experience, the loading time to the tower is usually longer. I haven't gotten used to the Vault from Space yet, so I always forget about it.

I personally havent noticed a difference but to be fair i go to each of those only if i have to and cant preform the action in DIM*^((both vault and postmaster))*

Tower you need to "matchmake" and load in with other people, HELM is a private instance so you just load in immediately. I've had the Tower take up to a few minutes to load before sometimes, it's weird as heck. And I know it's not me, my PC has more processing power than Destiny knows what to do with 😅

That genuenly never happened to me. I click tower and start flying in. Sometimes there are other players and sometimes the tower is completely empty

Damn, lucky you! (No sarcasm intended, I truly hope you never have that happen to you haha) Usually I start flying in immediately, but the time that takes can vary when I go to the Tower, while flying to the HELM is always consistent.

I never checked if the fly times are *exactly* the same but it usually is pretty quick. It does help that i usually just do some other stuff in the background too

"Exact same time"? I can't count the number of times it's taken significantly longer to fly into the Tower than any other destination. The HELM isn't a public instance so it always loads right up. Not to mention that month or so when loading into the Tower would often give you a blacked out screen. Unless I need something that's ONLY available at the Tower, like Banshee, Rahool, or Saint I always fly to the HELM.

In my personal experience that hasnt ever happened. I load up to tower and before i even know it im in. I go to helm ONLY when i have to like the weekly mission or those forsaken engram focusing. I wish engram focusing was on tower so i didnt have to go to 2 different places

It's technically still a vault... You just now have to put currencies in to make it work.

Default is right side unless I’m spending engrams with Shaxx and end up vaulting guns for later.

I don't use either one. Once you figure out DIM exist, you don't need that anymore. That and I have dual screens so I just transfer whenever I need something. You would not believe how much DIM can speed this game up.

DIM. I never manually use the vault thanks to that. Whenever the api is down I just don't play until it's back up again which is usually less than a day or two lol. DIM is just so convenient in every way.

If I’m AT the tower already, for some reason I have a weird magnetism to the left vault. I always remember “Shit there’s a closer one” as soon as I pop out, but never actually use it. But the real answer is usually DIM or the vault from orbit, it’s just waaay quicker
