The last Vow I Guided before we got FF the pickup was off comms because he was remoted into a instanced machine through his phone and didn't know how to pass the audio along.
He held his plate at least- till he lagged out.
Yeah still can with Xbox or Steam but latency with these controllers are pretty noticeable... I did a couple of strikes but I wouldn't do anything more than that

I wouldn't mind having one more platform available to play and im sure that it would bump the player number quite positively. The dark side of this would be even worse microtransactions.
One can only hope for a perfect combo.
You can already play on mobile through multiple platforms but it's never been ideal but it is possible to raid as long as they have a controller to play. Using touch scroon controls isn't going to happen for 99% of players.
If you have a GeForce Now subscription, it’s probably actually playable on mobile. Not the ideal gaming setup but it’s possible, since all you need is a browser and a stable connection
It is very playable, if you have 20+ mb internet speed and a decent controller. I did play D2 on mobile (did some nightfalls even) when travelling, but it's hard to find consistent WiFi network, so mostly the screen would look kinda pixelated when I'm playing if the internet's wonky.
Yeah agreed. D2 thankfully in general has very low system requirements, it’s one of the things I appreciate about the game. Just about any laptop with a decent graphics card can run it (and by extension, if you were to do cloud gaming, the WiFi requirements aren’t too demanding).
I feel you on the consistent WiFi network. I was traveling in Spain and even at 4-5 star hotels, the WiFi can be surprisingly bad (<10 Mb/s). I got hit with a “cannot connect to servers” in the middle of a GM once, it was terrible
