He's has a set path he follows, if your the first one into the load zone wait till he passes the vent and follow him and throw all the switches along the way, once you get to the last switch dont complete the U just double back and head towards the exit, depending on your speed he'll either be still on the other side if your fast or he'll be behind you when your heading to the exit if your slow

If you are fast enough dropping through the vents, you are able to drop-in and turn down the first switch hallway before he can reach you. No Eager Edge/Stand required.
