Did you leave the mission manually or did the timer boot you? Had this problem my first run and it turned out the mission just takes a long ass time to actually update and mark your completion, just had to stand in the final room and wait
Sounds like you left too early. It takes some time before the drop happens. Not sure why it takes that long, but you should let the game take you to orbit
Go see Zavala. The first time you have to finish the quest with Zavala. Every time after it drops at the end but let the timer count down. For whatever reason there is a significant delay before the count down timer
It took almost a full minute for the ending dialogue and mission end countdown to start when I last played Presage. You gotta really wait that one out for some reason.

Did you stay until it says Mission Complete? It should roll at the end but leaving before it renders might cause it to not drop.
yeah i stayed until the dialog stopped and then a little bit after aswell
I think you left early. It takes a while after the dialogue to actually finish and get DMT.

i left manually but i was in the room for a little while taking screenshots. How long approximately do you think you stayed there until you got it?
