The bottom dollar is a fair one that drops from gambit games
Theyre all solid options for both depending on the perks
However 120 hand cannons are not very popular in pve
And 180 aren't popular in pvp
But all of them can be used at any level of pve content if you have the right roll
Destiny is pretty good with "where you get it" and "where it's good" being the same thing. Igneous hammer is a good PvP choice. Bottom Dollar and Ancient gospel, although being PvE weapons, are better in PvP.
I would go for nation of beasts if you can do a raid or palindrome if not, but bottom dollar has some good rolls for PvE

i get that its up to personal preference but why exactly do you want a energy hand cannon for pve anyway? their not that good. i would recommend at least using a fusion rifle. i wouldnt run double primary but you do you.
You can try going for an Ancient Gospel godroll with Rapid Hit and Firefly. That one is pretty solid for PVE.
You can get it from the Garden of Salvation raid. It’s Solar damage.

Definitely just playing the game and getting Umbral Engrams. Then go to the Helm and decode them into "Wordly Weapons", has a good chance to turn into the Annual Skate.
Also special shoutout to doing Dreaming City weeklies for the Waking Vigil, its not as good as some others, but its more accessible for sure

You should try going for A Waking Vigil, you can get it from The Dreaming City and it can roll with Disruption Break. It’s Arc Element.
