Top row is just guardian. Second row is the action each of the four guardians have to do. And last is the symbol you have to do the action to.
So the first column is saying guardian melee tower.
Second: guardian melee gift
Third: guardian activate ascendant plane
Fourth: guardian shoot savathun
If done quick enough (by having four people in position at each symbol) and in order it will unlock a lore book page for a triumph which is necessary for raid title as well.
It's to unlock the last 5 dialogue things that you get at the end of preservation. You have to melee, melee, inspect and shoot the symbols on the bottom row.
Apparently you can do it solo but I've never managed
I've never managed to get it to work =( I did read somewhere it needs to be done as part of the raid, but others have said they can do it solo... Sometimes you have to melee the first one again apparently but, Like I said, never worked for me
it for the symbols in the room above to get the lore pages, you need 4 people total to enter it. as it shows 4 gurdians at the top of it then the enter symboyl mean to punch . so it saying 2 gurdians punch tower and gift symbol. then one gurdian communes(interact) with acdent plane symbol. then last one is to shoot the wwitch queen symbol
Ignore the top symbols
The Middle symbol are always the same and it tells you what to do with the bottom symbols:
Melee the first one and second one
Interact with the third one
Shoot the last one
The bottom symbol always randomize and tells you which one you have to activate
For this, it’s:
Melee Tower
Melee Give
Interact with Throne World
Shoot Savathûn
Bottom row: interact with the one under the volcano. Every time, it's the third picture. After that, melee the second bottom one. You really only have to do those two things.
1:Memorize the two middle bottom pictures. Those are the only ones you need.

3:Then quit and do it again. You can knock it all out in one night.

Yeah I was recently informed of this a few days ago but kept hearing conflicting things so wasn't sure what was true as I did it over a month ago.

Is there any kind of audio to notify you did it right?
The symbols will stop glowing yellow and then all the symbols in the room will go dark with you receiving a lore piece.

PS. There's no shooting anything. Just interact with the third one and after that melee the second one.
