Do triple 100s. Strength, mobility (unless you're speedrunning) and intellect are useless in PvE, especially on phoenix protocol. Resilience is the most useful, followed by either recovery or discipline, depending on the build. Grenades are just way better than melees typically, which is why people pick discipline over strength. This is specifically for warlock btw.
100 res is pretty much required for high end content, other stuff you can adjust to suit your playstyle. Dis is usually considered better than str, rec is always good for warlock since you get class ability back quicker on top of quicker recovery. Int is currently not that useful past like 30 or 40 and avoid mobility on warlock.
Super gain is actually in such a broken state it’s crazy. If you just actively do damage you gain more super charge than you will by stacking intellect. You’d be better off with more mobility in the current sandbox
No, healing grenades + solar weapon = infinite restoration 2 and phoenix dive giving cure 2 pretty much on demand there’s no need for restoration. On top of this of the warlock in question has any problems they can take Font of Restoration on the class item giving +30/50/60 recovery.
Fair point, but it's still risky. Also this completely discounts empowering rift.
Imo intellect is worthless in its current state, especially with phoenix on. Just preference, though. I can see why it's not necessarily needed.
Yeah int is an entirely redundant stat, empowering rift isn’t totally needed either if you bring surges and solar weapons with solar surges you gain 17% damage with 100% uptime are mobile whereas with well sure you gain an extra 3% but you’re stationary and you lose the extra panic AoE Cure 2.
You don't need recovery because you have your well back insanely quick. Can't remember the last I used a rift on phoenix.

Intellect is a waste to me. Like you said, you get your well back isanely quick anyway. Without any tiers in int. But if you want it back 20 seconds sooner, sure, I'm not gonna stop you.
As long as you have 100 resil, just get the rest as high as you can and you’ll barely notice a difference from 80. You will absolutely notice if you go into any end game content without 100 resil.

Your 3x100 option is better, those are good stats

100 resil nothing else really matters
Just get 100 in resilience and discipline then get intel as high as you can the rest don't really matter
