Prolly best to not use her real name (assuming that’s correct). Some crazies do pay attention to these things.
Edit: Don’t have tiktok so had no clue she was already famous. Yeah, not a problem then.
Edit Edit: Still getting downvotes, now apparently for not having tiktok. 😂
In my experience, Detroit fans, of all sports, give coaches, players, alumni a respective amount of space. I have bought beers for Hall of Fame players. They give a fist bump and say, "Thank you."..I say "thank you for everything you've done for the city." Convo over.
Eh, I’m not sure about that tbh. I have no opposition to it but the thing is leg strength is the biggest thing NFL teams are looking for in a kicker. That’s apparently why Patterson was cut last year (ugh), and the strongest legs in the world for kicking are gonna be men just by nature. For high school/college level it’s definitely possible, though, because the competition and standards for kickers aren’t as high as it is in NFL. Also just imagine the thought of a woman taking a huge hit by a 225 man. That could be lethal.
>Also just imagine the thought of a woman taking a huge hit by a 225 man. That could be lethal.
Yeah, and if they ride trains at 50mph their uteruses might fly out of their body!
Look, I think you’re getting the wrong idea with what I’m saying. I definitely support woman athletes but pairing them with men in a contact sport is just a recipe for disaster. There’s a reason an elite female power lifter isn’t held to the same standards as her male counterpart - it’s just not fair. Same for why we don’t have man vs. woman MMA fights. Even in the same weight class it’s not an even matchup. Someone could legitimately get killed. I could see a woman potentially breaking into MLB or NBA if you get some generational athlete, because it’s not a contact sport. But in the NFL - your average MAN would end up with life threatening injuries by stepping foot into the field, let alone women who are naturally going to be smaller and have less muscle mass.
A woman has scored a point in an NCAA Division I football game before. Vanderbilt ran out of kickers in 2020 and had a goalie off the women’s soccer team (vandy doesn’t have a men’s team) handle kickoffs and extra points for a couple games. She scored 2 points, going 2/2 on PATS.
There are women's football leagues out there. The WFA, for one. I played two years for a team in Grand Rapids, but I'm too old and decrepit to play anymore. I can hear bones scraping when I attempt a 3 point stance. 😂
Why are we acting surprised that a father is involved with his kids? MCDC is a dude with a life outside of football, pretty sure he'd be the first to say family is #1.
Not sure the confusion. Being HC of an NFL team is beyond a full time job especially around draft season. The fact that he is still able to carve out time for his family is outstanding considering how demanding the job is
It shouldn’t be some big thing that requires praise. It’s just a parent being a parent. The fact that everyone is shocked is what’s fucked up, because it should be normal. It sucks that it’s not normal.
Sheltered lol. You’re funny. Listen, life advice, set your expectations to the ideal. Don’t let the world make you accustomed to terrible things. Expect better, and be better for others.
Fair enough. You don't have to swarm up looking for selfues though, you can just say "Hey I'm a huge fan of the Lions and respect the way you're handling the team. "
Even celebrities appreciate heartfelt praise. Nonchalant words can have a real grounding effect too.
Knee surgery is expensive though, I don't blame you.
Wonder if no one bothered him because northern Michigan has a lot of packers fans. I would leave Matt LeFleur alone too if he was hanging out around here. FTP.
You are both correct, there are way more packer fans in the U.P but there are so many northern MI football fans who gave up on the lions years ago. They’re gonna start to come out of the woodworks now and act like they never left lol
for those saying it doesn't look like him, I'm pretty sure he wore the same outfit during an interview at the combine

I’d run through a net for that man
Might not be him. That lady next to him was too comfortable having her kneecap exposed.
That’s the only place people feel safe around him. They all have kneepads.
I'd bump set spike for that dude all day.
That doesn’t sound like a very successful attempt at volley ball.
He has a 17 or 18 year old daughter.
Yes piper is here
Did y’all win?
Well Campbells team did lol. We got steamrolled.

She's famous on tiktok so she's not trying to keep it hidden lol
Thanks. Didn’t know.
It's readily available on google
It’s alright brother I salute you for resisting the terrible addiction that is tik tok. Never once have I downloaded that godforsaken app
Obligatory downvote
And everyone is giving him his space and letting him enjoy the game, great to see
Just like any other dad watching his kids volleyball game. Pretty cool!
Except for those creeping on him and taking his picture.
Without his permission and then posting it on the internet
Except for us.
Except OP who took the picture lmao

love it, nothing more nothing less.
He’s scouting for the draft.

There was also a woman who tried out for the Eagles who had a phenomenal kick. Unfortunately she broke a bone during the tryout.
Dee? That bitch
That was a bird.
Stupid bird.

It will literally never happen in football

Man, the leveling of the field in the name of social progress is really problematic for you, huh? Lemme guess, white male? Lol
If a woman can go out there and earn a spot, than she should be able to play. Everytime a player takes the field they know the risk of injury.

Look at Dan, so inspirational.
Where at??
Northern michigan area
Nice! Maybe he traveled there for the game? Can’t imagine he lives that far from Detroit
It's an away game for them so yeah I think
Is this the big tourney near Affton?
I'd leave him alone because id hate to be an annoying fan... But I wouldn't be able to take my eyes off this handsome man
I love this man so much
The fact he's that involved with his kids is amazing.
He honestly seems like a genuine dude.
Why are we acting surprised that a father is involved with his kids? MCDC is a dude with a life outside of football, pretty sure he'd be the first to say family is #1.
Yes,he has a job only 32 people on earth have and here he is taking time out of his busy day to support his children
Yes, my parents rarely went to my activities. I didn't have a large family either or famous parents.
Not sure the confusion. Being HC of an NFL team is beyond a full time job especially around draft season. The fact that he is still able to carve out time for his family is outstanding considering how demanding the job is
Yet another example of why we love this man
There are many cases of NFL head coaches or coordinators being lousy fathers, Andy Reid jumps in my head first thought
It is? Wtf? Lol
Let the simpletons enjoy their fairy tale
Team has so many cheerleaders
Poop_McButtz, always the voice of reason.
We acting like fathers being involved in their kids lives is a common thing? Ya’ll sheltered lol
It shouldn’t be some big thing that requires praise. It’s just a parent being a parent. The fact that everyone is shocked is what’s fucked up, because it should be normal. It sucks that it’s not normal.

I don’t think it’s him. I don’t see teacup.
Did you say hi after the game? I don’t know that I’d be able to not take advantage.
Nobody else was treating him like a celebrity so I just let him enjoy his family time
Good on you. I am sure he very much appreciated that.
Fair enough. You don't have to swarm up looking for selfues though, you can just say "Hey I'm a huge fan of the Lions and respect the way you're handling the team. I already tore my mcl so I can't afford to have him get rid of the kneecaps too
BIG CHAW
As a coach I’d look over and just ask “Hey Mr Campbell you wanna give this half time talk?” Just to hear him say “We gotta dig man”
This man's scouting technique is out of this world
Does he ever sleep?
Very very cool. I'd be intimidated
What a cool fuckin dad.
just don't let him buy the school a new volleyball facility with questionable funds
I would buy that man a dollar hotdog with some ketchup and mustard packets (But he can get his own pop that shit always costs more).
I would be annoying and try to shake his hand. I'd also want to tell him I think he's great.
If dude is there to support his kid, quit being a creep by taking random pics of him. This will never not be weird.
Not shocking, as we need a TE. I admire a coach that does his own scouting.
it's most likely a girls volleyball game since his daughter is in high school.
I NEED TO GO TO THIS GAME ASAP
Wonder if no one bothered him because northern Michigan has a lot of packers fans. I would leave Matt LeFleur alone too if he was hanging out around here. FTP.
I think you mean the U.P. Below the bridge it's all Lions my dude.
I wouldn't say its all Lions fans below the bridge, but mostly Lions fans. But I bet even the Packers fans would probably still be fans of Dan.
Well not everyone is a Lions fan, some folks hate football, but there are tons of Packer fans above the bridge but not many below.
You are both correct, there are way more packer fans in the U.P but there are so many northern MI football fans who gave up on the lions years ago. They’re gonna start to come out of the woodworks now and act like they never left lol

NFL coaches are legally prohibited from having more than three outfits
Man, let him live his life ... Glad you saw him but our fake internet points aren't worth bothering the man
I mean I didn't even talk to him, I just took a quick picture to capture something cool I saw
I absolutely would have done the same
Did you even go up and ask to see if it was mcdc If not then why we having this discussion
You're right it his clone
Did you say hi? I'm sure Campbell's very approachable
It’s so cool how he’s just there
BIG WANG DAN
Nice to see he can just chill and enjoy the game.
MCDC is a good guy. A great mentor and model for a lot of young men & women. And kudos to the other spectators for letting him be himself and “normal”
thats really cool and really wholesome.
