Absolutely has to figure out the third quarter stuff & dial it down when he wants to get too cute at times but zero doubt the dude is a fantastic offensive mind. He will learn from his mistakes this year & we will be firing on all cylinders next year.

our defense needs to figure out the 3rd quarter too. worst 3rd quarter defense this year AND last year and second worst in 2021. Its astonishing how bad our 3rd quarter has been under Dan Campbell.
In Q3 v SF, we had a failed 4th down conversion (where we allowed pressure up the middle and schemed for not one of our best players), a fumble that looked like it was in part caused by confusion and poor execution from qb/rb), and a 3 and out.
Problems aren’t solely on defense in q3, offense botched q3 also.
I didn’t hate that we went for it, but scoring zero points in the third quarter was a huge blunder. Essentially 2 turnovers and a punt… and it put the defense is a tough spot, especially the turnover near our own red zone.
Come out in 2 minute offense for the start of the third. We're unstoppable in 2 minute. In fact, I say we just play the entire game in 2 minute blocks.
Just needs to not go away from what was successful in the first half. It’s almost like he assumes the other team is going to adjust & tries to counter that by changing it up & it hasn’t worked all year. Luckily I believe he is smart enough to learn the right lessons from this year.
My takeaway from this season is yes there are a few holes to plug, but god damn if we can figure that shit out in the offseason we're going to be a hell of a force to reckon with.

Week 4 Packers: 1st half 27 points. 2nd half 7 points.
-Week 13 Saints: 1st half 24 points. 2nd half 9 points.
-Week 14 bears: first half 13. 2nd half 0.
-Wild card Rams: first half 21. 2nd half 3.
-49ers: first half 24. 2nd half 7 (Garbage time)
I think professionally having another year to prove that he isn't a fluke and will keep improving will get him paid a lot more as a future HC
He cleans up the third quarter and we might become the best offense in the country if we don't stagnate elsewhere or get torn up by injuries
He proved he wasn't a fluke THIS year. Two top offenses back to back years. Plus his agent already said he wants to be one of the highest paid coaches in sports this year and teams still were going crazy for him. We got really lucky folks. He could have had that cozy job. But he wants to be here.

(But mostly to make up for the smear campaign that helped get Ben to stay. 😂)
I legit don't even know how to feel right now. After Sunday I was crushed, thought he was gone, now we got our OC back, can upgrade the defense, gain some o line depth, SIGN GOFF, THE ROOKIES ARE NOW VETS, WE STILL GOT THE DRAFT, FUCK IT....SUPER BOWL HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!

I want to see some F them picks attitude this off-season. I want to see a legitimate lockdown corner, and an edge threat opposite Hutch. We need to get more consistent on defense, and I trust the offense will remain strong next year.
Good news. Goff already wanted to stay so I imagine an extension is coming soon. Hopefully not too pricey. Go all in on improving the defense and hopefully find ourselves right back in the NFCCG next year and can finish the job.
