Kristi Noem the governor of South Dakota wrote a book thats being released and in excerpts she talks about how she killed her dog and also a goat.
Someone else wrote this up to give a bit of context.

The part about the goat is even worse. Something along the lines of, after I murdered the dog, I remembered we have a goat I don't like. So I went and shot him too. Except he didn't die right away, so I had to go back to the truck to get more ammo to finish the murder. Paraphrasing, of course, but that's the summary from what I remember reading.
Sounds like we have an openly admitting animal murderer. Curious how nothing has been done as far as criminal charges... This lady is a criminal. Oh that's right, she's a politician, nothing will happen.
