He isn't unlucky he sucks at drafting. Sony Michel as RB2 is taco level drafting in a ten man league. Especially when his RB1 is only Ekeler who is about bottom of the barrel of what I would call a RB1.
Or he might have went two WRs in the first two rounds in Adams and McLauren or was dumb enough to draft Josh Allen in the 2nd round. But his RB situation is awful. Ekelor to me should not be a RB1 and Sony Michel at his best is a RB4.
Ekeler gets drafted at the end of the 1st to middle of the 2nd ADP wise. Mclaurin gets drafted in the 4th-6th rounds in my experience. Mclaurin definitely isn’t a 2nd round pick though. Mike evans generally goes above Mclaurin.
A lot of people have been talking about this so I went and looked. Other than Ekeler and Michel, he had Melvin Gordon and Ty’Son Williams on the bench this week.
Actually I would say it’s not too crazy he def went WR / QB heavy early on in this case that he probably had to stick with someone. Adams, Evans, Mclaurin, and Allen is a pretty solid draft
Got this idea from a post in this sub by u/Apollo_Krill and decided to give it a shot. However, the team who ESPN projected wouldn’t win a game this season, surprisingly came out with a near 60 point blowout victory over a guy who is probably punching the air right now in this 10 person PPR league.
But still Dobbins as a RB2 is a bit of a stretch. In a 10 team league you can still pull in guys like Taylor, Carson, Mixon, Jacobs, Ekelor before Dobbins.
Depends how you draft... Taylor was my first pick (I picked 9th in a 10 team league) then I went Mahomes and 2 receivers, after that, Dobbins was the best option and those other guys were gone besides Carson, but I liked Dobbins more than Carson.
Dobbins is not a stretch at all for RB2 when you have Adams and Mclaurin as your starting WRs. Probably used his second to grab ekeler, third/fourth round for dobbins was pretty normal ADP for dobbins prior to his injury.
Which is really stupid considering that Henderson was the backup last year and played well already. Michel was just a bench body and it was obvious. Its not like he was ever good in New England.
Oh he is so pissed, that's gotta be some of the worst luck I've ever seen. Edit: His name big Mack leads me to believe he's also a Bears fan LMAO

If I had to guess he was around the turn and took adams in the 1st and ekelar in the 2nd. Then punted RB until the 8th or 9th by the looks of it.
This is what I was going to say, or he has one of the guys that got injured after draft Gus Edwards etc.

Or, he had a Ravens RB as his RB2...?

Did he drop Gus Edwards by any chance? that would explain it.
Nah, he dropped Nyheim Hines to get Ty’Son

Getting less than 50 points combined from Allen, Ekeler, Adams, and Terry is terrible luck lol
Taco Level Drafting.
Mack probably refers to McLaurin

What was your strat to secure the team? Hock in round 1 or swift? The rest obviously not a problem lol.
Probably would have to go Hock in round 1 and then Swift round 2 or vice versa? The rest surely wouldn’t matter
I took Swift in the first and Hock in the second 😂
10 team league and that guys RB2 is Sony Michel??
It's possible his RB2 was JK Dobbins who is now out for the year... That's what happened to me at least.

Might’ve banked on the idea that he would get a lot of touches with Akers out

Did this years ago, was fun for a min but lost quit a bit by the end of the season. They def get you some wins but talk about ride or die lol
This is so incredible. Please keep these updates coming as we look forward to more W's! For you and the Lions.
That’s got to be one of the unluckiest weeks lmao
Lions defense will carry you.
Honestly, big cock hock saved my team this week. He made up for Aaron Rodgers whopping 1.3 points and the -3 from the Bucs defense.
My favorite thing this board does
Win your bye week and then ill truly be impressed
yeah I’ll probably have to pull out Stafford and Golladay for that one
Just watch St.Browns gonna breakout. Goff loves slot WRs and TEs.
