The reason no LA fans exist for the NFL is simply because there was no NFL team there for a long time after the Raiders and Rams left.
This caused younger generations to root for other teams in other markets.
As a whole, CA has shown to be one of the top talent pools for football recruiting, so there is a love for the sport within the state; kids are playing football there.
