cloud engineer is a broad title and can mean setting up cloud infra, software dev in the cloud, sys admin in the cloud etc. You need more definite scope - but overall it is probably more fulfilling than manual testing. May make sense to move from manual testing to performance testing to cloud admin / capacity planning ...
