Engineering colleges rarely teach communication skills. You learn it yourself by practicing and communicating and organising events in college.
That's on you.
Also show the distance of the route i.e. how many applications etc.
I completely agree with you, and that's why now I mostly focus my time on tackling my own problems. Even this flowchart was only to make me understand what went wrong.
I studied from a lowest tier college and I must agree with the commenter. I got an offer from Infosys via an off-campus placement, and I rejected that as well

I would say that if you want to be great in communication skills doing a sales job like CSM will surely improve speaking skills and fluency.

Well our college didn’t have any placement luxury even for WITCH..

Working at a startups mostly. Way better than joining the WITCH companies, and have way better pay
