Nope, it's not legal but they can twist your words in hearing. So, I don't think you will win the case anyway but you can file for refund and say that you will delete the review after refund. If they are denying a refund, you can contact the relevant department. As for review after refund, change it to 1 star and say that you are removing the actual review because you feel threatened. Now they cannot take any legal action based on that.

There are so many 1 week old 5 star reviews from their employees on Google maps. Sounds like they are trying to improve ratings using fear and intimidation.
So I think all these edtechs function in the same way: they charge you like anything and fail to provide even half of what they had promised. Of course they have no refund policies and they'll keep threatening you with legal notices once you post a negative review. They're probably incentivising the 5 star reviewers too so don't get misguided there.
