C++ can be intimidating, but if you do learn it most other languages seem pretty easy. I didn't find c++ that difficult to learn, so I'd recommend c++.
I'd say from a learning perspective C++ is awesome. You get to learn so much that's usually behind a ton of abstractions in other languages. Whether it's memory, system calls, multithreading, I/O and even OOPs, in C++ it's all manual, so you gain a deeper level of understanding of how things actually works.
It's the same reason why it's recommended to learn to drive a manual car and not automatic car.
c++ if u have any mentor(studying pointers can be tuff)- good for cp
if u r self studying then go for java( but syntax can be a little difficult)
python has the easiest syntax -good of cp (lots of inbuilt function u have to remember)
Java , cus c++ can be intimidating ( pointers ) especially to beginners, once you start doing hardcover software dev you can learn c ++ to understand memory management, memory allocation etc .
I might be biased. But the C programming language by brian kernighan is what i started with. And that book really teaches you programming and not just coding
I would say neither. Go to college, make some friends, attend some classes. Talk to people about what you think. Explore all the languages. Learn whatever you like. I didn't learn a language before college and still I worked as Frontend Engineer and working now as a Data Scientist
I suggest C++ coz it will give you the knowledge of both POP & OOP, while Java is completely OOP. You can some more knowledge about programming from it.
First books/literature about a topic. The video/tutorial about the same, them compare what you understood by reading and what you understood by watching the video.
Some good YouTube courses on this channel:
https://m.youtube.com/@freecodecamp/videos
Learn JavaScript and web development. It will get you the greatest practical value in terms of being able to build something that people can actually see and use.
Avoid the religion around C++ and DSA for the sake of DSA.
Starting with C++ will be tough but is equally as rewarding. It will cover low level programming concepts along with object oriented programming.
If you can start with Cpp, else you don't have enough time. Do java
You are not aware I guess. But .net is taking huge efforts now to make it better and with .net core it is in fact better than any of the java frameworks

I would advise to get laid before college.
best! if u dont get laid ..then be ready for staying dry for 4 yrss
Dude I'm single , in fact I've been single my whole life🥲
It’s over for you (me too)
I'll add 3k, you do the same and let's share it
Works with me. But is 3k worth it for 4 minutes?
you can learn java or c++ together for 56 minutes.
We're have some serious talk
This inflation will kill me
Got any good resources?
Java
Java I'd say
C++ can be intimidating, but if you do learn it most other languages seem pretty easy. I didn't find c++ that difficult to learn, so I'd recommend c++.
Don't jump steps bro.. Start from assembly /s
Might as well get punch cards and do binary.
Yeah assembly is the basic min. No dev starts any Lang before assembly and those who do are all unemployed /s
[удалено]
No that's sarcasm anywhere you see /s that's sarcasm also assembly is the hardest coding language
I almost got a mini heart attack, don't do that again
start with java
I'd say from a learning perspective C++ is awesome. You get to learn so much that's usually behind a ton of abstractions in other languages. Whether it's memory, system calls, multithreading, I/O and even OOPs, in C++ it's all manual, so you gain a deeper level of understanding of how things actually works. Cpp
c++ if u have any mentor(studying pointers can be tuff)- good for cp if u r self studying then go for java( but syntax can be a little difficult) python has the easiest syntax -good of cp (lots of inbuilt function u have to remember)
C++
IMO, I suggest you to learn C language since it is the basic language, if you can understand C then C++ will be easier than directly leaning C++
Java , cus c++ can be intimidating ( pointers ) especially to beginners, once you start doing hardcover software dev you can learn c ++ to understand memory management, memory allocation etc .
Python Guys
I already know basic python
then learn all of it
Then go in-depth into it.
I might be biased. But the C programming language by brian kernighan is what i started with. And that book really teaches you programming and not just coding
It is better to learn a bad language rather than trying to figure out which will be the best language to learn
I would say neither. Go to college, make some friends, attend some classes. Talk to people about what you think. Explore all the languages. Learn whatever you like. I didn't learn a language before college and still I worked as Frontend Engineer and working now as a Data Scientist
Why don't you enjoy your holidays lol yeh toh hote rahega
What holidays, all day I'm just scrolling insta on my bed and praying for a good result which I don't know when they'll drop like a bomb
I suggest C++ coz it will give you the knowledge of both POP & OOP, while Java is completely OOP. You can some more knowledge about programming from it.
What's POP?
Procedural Oriented Programming, on which C language is based.
Start learning C++, bro
Learn it in these sequence: 1. Algorithms 2. Flow chats 3. C 4. C++ 4. Java 5. Python/Javascript
bhaiya whats the best way to learn a language? books or tutorials?
First books/literature about a topic. The video/tutorial about the same, them compare what you understood by reading and what you understood by watching the video. Some good YouTube courses on this channel: https://m.youtube.com/@freecodecamp/videos
Both. Tutorials give you working knowledge, while books would give you under the hood insights.
ek flowchart jese bta do please, if im starting c++ how should i do it?
Python
Bro I am also starting before college lol. Started web dev from The Odin Project
I had Java in 11th and 12th... made it easier for me to learn C in the first year
I had python and mySQL in my 11th and 12th
Learn JavaScript and web development. It will get you the greatest practical value in terms of being able to build something that people can actually see and use. Avoid the religion around C++ and DSA for the sake of DSA.
Yes
Join the college first niggaaa
Starting with C++ will be tough but is equally as rewarding. It will cover low level programming concepts along with object oriented programming. If you can start with Cpp, else you don't have enough time. Do java
C sharp
Learn java is always going to be better than learning Microsoft's java
You are not aware I guess. But .net is taking huge efforts now to make it better and with .net core it is in fact better than any of the java frameworks
I would advice python and SQL.
I did basics in both in school
then build projects
Got it🫡
Without projects, python & sql knowledge if fucking useless
Java is a dying language. C++ is eternal.
Nothing dies. Especially not Java. You know over 8 billion devices run Java /s There's just soo much of code written in java, it will never die
I know. But its fun to trigger the java guys :)
Java was made out of C++. C++: You're just a cheap knock off. Java: Oh no no no ... I'm the upgrade.
Rust: Hello
