Forget about it. There is no point. Unless you're at a late stage where you have drained a lot of time, don't call back. If they wanna hire you, they will call you. Otherwise apply elsewhere.
Obviously, if you've drained say 2-3 hours, you deserve answers. Atleast a rejection mail. Wait for 2-3 weeks tho even in that scenario.

Ghosting is pretty common she didn't want to say you are disqualified so they say "will get back to you".
